Developing a team that can deliver our vision has been instrumental in our success. We have grown steadily from our initial team of 12 to our current position of 40 highly skilled and dedicated employees.

Every member of our team participates in our continuous training programme which covers all aspects of service delivery from the latest technology and legislation to customer service. By training front line staff such as our customer service team and estimators on key technical matters we are able to provide a better level of service.

We also have a highly successful apprenticeship schemes with several of our apprentices winning the coveted Apprentice of Year accolade. The high quality candidates that continue to graduate from our apprenticeship scheme is enabling us to maintain our superior standards of quality, safety and service.

We made a commitment at the outset to never employ agency staff or sub contract any work that we can undertake ourselves. This one small aspect has enabled us to grow our business safe in the knowledge that we are in full control of quality , service and client satisfaction.
