Many companies have a safety programme - AC Gold has a Health & safety culture.

Health and Safety is central to everything we do. We insist that every member is not just well versed on our rigorous Health and Safety procedures and documentation, but ensures that their behaviour and actions are governed by the standards which the culture dictates.

As you would expect, all our workforce carry CSCS cards, wear the appropriate PPE and are fully briefed on the relevant Risk Assessment and Method Statement for each job they are working on.

And to ensure that our Health and Safety standards continue to be some of the best in the country, we employ an independent consultant who reports directly to the Managing Director on the company's H&S performance on a month to month basis.

The independent consultant not only develops our ongoing H&S Strategy, they also have the authority to set the annual budget to ensure that the measures they have proposed are being implemented.
