AC GOLD STANDARDS

A key element of our success was the creation of the AC Gold Standard. This was initially designed as an internal tool to reinforce what we needed to do to set ourselves apart from every other player in the market.

It has since grown to be a key element of how we communicate our service with existing and prospective clients. But rather than being a huge document with reams of paper we have created the following description.

The AC Gold Standard means delivering solutions that delight our clients with speed, accuracy and superior quality. These solutions are delivered by skilled tradesmen, employing the latest tools and technology and supported by a customer service team - all of whom are totally focused on customer service and a "Right First Time" attitude.

AC Gold Standard is about ensuring everything is carried out in the most professional manner from uniforms for all staff to purchasing materials and in every piece of communication both written and verbal.

The AC Gold standard recognises that excellent relationships underpin every aspect of our business and we must treat suppliers, clients, advisors, supporters and the community in which we operate with the highest respect.
